There are so many ultra races and events (marathons and longer) held in the UK and overseas - it is now very difficult to maintain a comprehensive list.

So many appear to be commercially organised (and thus very expensive) events rather than true “athletic”  or recognised England/UK/IAU races (ie England or UKA) which can now be found on the internet.

This page will list the well known and new races that come to our attention. It cannot be a totally comprehensive list.
